CerradinhoBio among the 150 Best Companies to Work for

Cerradinho Bioenergia S/A was ranked in the select ranking of the 150 Best Companies to Work in Brazil in the survey conducted by Você S/A Magazine – Exame. This award reflects the positive perception of its employees in relation to the Company, which in less than a decade already figures as one of the largest players in the bioenergy sector in the country.

This year, approximately 500 companies participated in the survey. Criteria such as People Management Practices, Recognition and Reward, Career, Leadership, Organizational Climate, Challenges and Perspectives, among others, were evaluated through full company research, and interviews with groups of employees and managers, carried out by specialists and journalists of the publication. Of this total, 150 were classified and CerradinhoBio is the 3rd best company in the Agribusiness sector. The award ceremony took place on November 6, in São Paulo.
