Renato Pretti has a degree in Administration from UNESP, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV, in addition to having other extension courses at Fundação Dom Cabral and Saint Paul schools. He began his career in 2007 and, since 2010, he has been at Cerradinho, where he coordinated the commercialization of ethanol and energy and, later, led the company’s strategic planning and the conduct of large projects, with emphasis on the corn ethanol and sugar factory. Since September 2023, he has also been responsible for the corn ethanol business.

He holds a post-graduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, an MTA (Master of technology Administration) in Management of Industrial Technology in Sugar and Energy from Universidade Federal de São Carlos, an extension course in Product Management from FGV, and a degree in Business Administration from UNIP.
He has extensive experience in the commercial area, developed in companies of major renown such as: Cia Cervejaria Brahma, Cia Antarctica Paulista, AMBEV and Usina Nova América.

Gustavo de Marchi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration – FGV, a specialization in Financial Sector Economics from Fipe/USP, and has also attended courses at the University of Virginia/Darden School. Gustavo has started his career in the financial market and has worked for over 20 years in the financial area of companies such as AES Eletropaulo, AES Sul, and CNAA/BP Biocombustíveis.

Eduardo Paiva holds a degree in Business Administration from UNOPAR, an MBA in Agribusiness from ESALQ, an Executive MBA in Business from UNOPAR, and several improvement courses in Management and Sales. He has extensive experience in the Commercial area, developed in large renowned companies such as: Disbenop (Ambev Network), Bunge, Multigrain (Mitsui & CO.)

Murilo Naves holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia, a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Production/High Technology of Sugarcane and Agroenergy from Esalq, in addition to having other extension and People Leadership courses in institutions such as FDC, FGV and Amana key. He started his career in 2005 and since 2008 he has been at Cerradinho, where he led the management of the main Sugarcane Agricultural operations, later coordinated Technology, Management System and ESG Agenda projects in the area of Operational Excellence, and since August 2023 he has been in the Agricultural Operations Department.

Marcelo Primaz Paycorich holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from PUC-RS, AN MBA in Agribusiness Management from UNESP/USP, AN MBA in Business Management from UFRGS and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Administration from UNISINOS RS. He began his professional career in 1996, in the brewing business, where he reached the position of Plant Manager. In 2007, after his migration to the sugar-energy industry, he became Industrial Manager of São Martinho. With his extensive and solid experience of more than 16 years in the sector, he took over as Director of Industrial Operations at CerradinhoBio in August 2023.
